Specialist identification
Your photo is named by Pl@ntNet, a nonprofit research consortium in France, and on Pro also by Kindwise, on EU servers.
As little AI as possible
Your photo is identified by a specialized plant model, not a chatbot. The one AI-written care guide per species uses a small, efficient model, is written once, and is cached for everyone, so the AI almost never runs. Pro plant health checks use the same small model, once per check.
We never store your photos
Our identification partners process them under their own terms, linked in the Privacy Policy.
Every order is listed
Each nightly order goes on the public ledger; verification evidence is published as the vendor provides it.

Questions
Is this a donation?
No. You buy a plant-identification app; Everforest buys tree-planting services from its vendor per tree. Nothing is tax-deductible, and we never ask you for money for trees.
Who plants the trees?
Our planting vendor is The Good API, whose partner organizations plant and verify the trees. Every order's evidence is linked on the impact page.
Where?
Projects change with the season. Each order lists its country.
How long does it take?
Trees are ordered nightly and planted in the vendor's next planting cycle. Each order shows queued → planted → verified.
Do you keep my photos?
No. Everforest does not store your photos. We send each one to our identification partners to name the plant; the Privacy Policy quotes their terms.
Carbon offsets?
We don't make carbon claims. A tree is a tree; we show you where it is.
